The Pomeranian Football Association, in cooperation with the Polish Football Association, invites you to the first UEFA C coaching course in Poland delivered in English. The course will be led by a qualified team of coach educators in accordance with the latest guidelines of the Polish Football Association and UEFA.

Pomorski Związek Piłki Nożnej we współpracy z Polskim Związkiem Piłki Nożnej zaprasza na pierwszy w Polsce kurs UEFA C w języku angielskim. Kurs będzie prowadzony przez wykwalifikowaną kadrę trenerów edukatorów zgodnie z najnowszymi wytycznymi Polskiego Związku Piłki Nożnej oraz UEFA.

General rules for applying:
1. To be admitted to the UEFA C Diploma Coaching Course, candidates need to speak and write fluently in English (minimum B Level).
2. A person applying for admission to the course needs to submit via the system pzpn24.pzpn.pl additional information:
A. name and surname, date and place of birth, PESEL/PASSPORT number, address, telephone
number and e-mail address
B. specify educational, coaching and player’s experience
C. having full rights to perform legal transactions and to fulfill full rights public law that must be
implemented in legal regulations PZPN sports coach details

Documents:
a. Certificate of graduation of at least secondary school- if foreign country, confirmed by sworn translator (certified translator)
b. Polish National Criminal Register Certificate(valid for up to 6 months from the date of issue)
c. Polish Sexual Offender Register Certificate(valid for up to 6 months from the date of issue)
d. Statement on the lack of or initiation/continuation of disciplinary proceedings for
an offence of corruption in sports and on disciplinary penalties imposed, including in particular
for disciplinary offences and a declaration of having full legal capacity (template available when applying for the course)
e. Medical certificate stating that there are no medical contraindications for attending practical classes at the UEFA C course
f. Certificate of graduation of the first aid course
